The tenant group is looking for one, roomate to live in this HUGE, beautiful apartment, that is TRULY within walking distance of campus. There two spaces, available January 1st.

We rent exclusively to graduate and professional students, and post docs who are hired as such -- there are a total of 24 graduate students who live at Roberson Walk and it's a great way to meet students from other programs.

Some of the programs that our tenants attend include biomed sciences, computer sciences, dental, education, environmental sciences, history, linguistics, public health, mathematics, medicine, law, library sciences, pharmacy and business.

We are looking for students who are laid back, take studying seriously, will respect roommates' study schedules, and enjoy their play time.

Roberson Walk was designed and developed to meet the unique needs of UNC's graduate students. The property is 4 blocks from UNC and 1/2 block from Franklin Street's vibrant west end. Competitive rent given the the property's location and size -- there's nothing comparable to it, and you can't beat the price for the location and size of the apartment, and FREE parking!
